Each participant should submit a full paper or manuscript through Solo Journal of Anesthesi, Pain and Critical Care website (https://jurnal.uns.ac.id/SOJA)
The period of manuscript or paper submission will be held on February – 20 July 2025.
Each participant can choose one of the following topics for the manuscript: Emergency, Pain Management, ICU Management, Anesthesia Management
The best 10 papers will be selected to be presented at the 6th Soprane event and they will be announced on 29 July 2025.
The best selected 10 papers should be presented as Power Points and Paper that will be displayed offline on 02 August 2025.
Presentation should be carried out in Indonesian, while the Power Point should be presented in English.
The manuscripts that DO NOT qualify to be the 10 Finalists may still have the opportunity to be published in the Solo Journal of Anesthesia, Pain and Critical Care and receive an Acceptance Letter (with terms and conditions apply).
Manuscript Preparation Guidelines for Authors
All submitted manuscripts should be in English.
A maximum of six authors are allowed for each manuscript that are written without any titles.
All case report manuscripts should have a structured abstract (of about 250 words) with subheadings of Background, Methods, Results, and Conclusions

Poster Ranking and Scoring
Papers will be assessed on Saturday, 02 August 2025
The winner of paper presentation will be announced on Sunday, 03 August 2025 in the end of the symposium.
All papers must meet all terms and conditions stated above.
The authors of 10 best selected papers should attend the symposium, stand by their papers side, and are always ready to answer all questions from the judges.
Paper Assessment Criteria:
Content: originality, difference, clinical application value, clear and credible method, objective and relevant discussion, clear conclusion, language use and can be understood by the readers.
Paper visual display: paper layout, color composition, easiness to read
Presentation: Professional attitude of participants (ready to explain, adequate politeness), Ability to discuss (mastering the material, answering questions correctly, using good and easy-to-understand language).
